This small artisanal bakery uses carefully selected raw materials and mother yeast for its products. It was born from the idea of two brothers (Matteo and Michele) to propose a good and digestible product, made only with 100 percent Italian grains, mainly from the Marche and Emilia (Loiano and Sasso Marconi), long leavening and mother yeast. For the wayfarer they offer stuffed and simple pizzas and focaccias, sandwiches with local products, also on demand, a healthy breakfast or a nice loaf of bread to take with you! In the morning you can find a wide selection of handmade cookies and savory and sweet pastries; for snack, lunch and appetizer you can find shoveled and high pizzas, focaccia with oil or stuffed (a recommended product is focaccia with stracchino cheese!!), sandwiches stuffed on the spot and much more. Throughout the day a very wide variety of bread, different every day, but always made with passion and love!
