The Via degli Dei credential form is intended to allow travelers along the route to activate the credential and collect the official gadget of the route at the finish line. Furthermore, the collected data will be processed in anonymised form for mere statistical purposes.
This integration to the information concerns the personal data sent by the visitor when completing the Via degli Dei credential form.

2. TYPES OF DATA AND PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

The purposes of the processing of your data are as follows: The Via degli Dei credential form has the sole purpose of allowing travelers on the route to activate the credential and collect the official gadget of the route at the end of the route.

Furthermore, the data collected will be processed in anonymised form for mere statistical purposes with reference to the number and type of travelers traveling along the Via degli Dei.

3. LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The legal basis of the processing carried out on the data provided by the user is consent.

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The data collected will not be disclosed and will not be communicated and will only be used for internal purposes.

Your data will not be transferred either to Member States of the European Union or to third countries not belonging to the European Union.

5. CONSERVATION PERIOD

The treatment will have a duration no longer than that necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and in any case for a maximum of one year.

6. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA AND CONSEQUENCES

There is no obligation to give the manager of this site the personal data requested in the contact form. However, refusal to provide them will make it impossible to activate the credential and it will be impossible to collect the institutional gadget at the end of the course.
