Halfway between Barberino del Mugello and the Futa Pass, Albergo Ristorante Gualtieri is the ideal place for a peaceful vacation in the heart of Mugello, just a few hundred meters from the Via degli Dei route. Among the hotel's illustrious guests was Giuseppe Garibaldi, who stopped to refresh himself at the then Santa Lucia all'Ostale: the table where the patriot ate is still present, and a plaque has been placed on the hotel's main facade in his memory.
