Guglielmo's cows are of the Italian Frisona breed and were all born in this barn on the hills, where the environment in which they live and the nutrition they enjoy make all the difference. The farm is nestled in the green Apennines of Emilia, specifically in the municipality of Monzuno in Boschi di Trasasso, not far from the Via degli Dei trail. Here walkers can stop by to taste the genuine products and specialties of the area, book evening meals, packed lunches or even have a special breakfast as well. The farm also accommodates walkers who stay overnight in tents. Reservations are recommended.
