In 1955, the Messeri family built Hotel Dino in the beautiful village of Olmo, near Fiesole and Florence: since then, the hotel has been a guarantee of quality hospitality and catering, which has been maintained and handed down over time. The restaurant's menu offers excellent typical tuscan dishes and specialties of florentine cuisine: tortelli mugellani, malfatti, ribollita, bistecca alla fiorentina, fried chicken, fried brain, grilled pigeon, cantucci with vinsanto, zuccotto and homemade olive oil. The rustic room is used as a pizzeria with wood-fired oven.
