Our Nova Arbora farm and B&B is also open to hikers on the Via degli Dei (Way of the Gods). It is located just before Badolo in the municipality of Sasso Marconi on official trail 122, which passes right in front of our house. It is the first stop on the trail, 25 kilometers from Bologna train station and 23 kilometers from Piazza Maggiore.
We are located within the Contrafforte Pliocenico nature reserve, immersed in a botanical garden where a succession of blooms awaits you in every season. Silence, intimacy, peace, and serenity are the sensations you experience as you stroll through our park-garden, which connects to the forest via easy paths. It is an ideal place to meditate, to release tension and stress, to rediscover yourself and your connection with the earth.
Upon arrival, our guests are greeted with a complimentary welcome drink served in the garden's relaxation areas, complete with tables and sofas. During the colder seasons, the B&B will welcome you in the shared fireplace room, offering a moment of conviviality and mutual understanding, while enjoying drinks and herbal teas made with herbs and fruits from the garden.
Breakfasts, served in the former stable, are also strictly handmade, with a selection of breads, cakes, and jams made with wild fruits and aromatic herbs. Vegan and intolerant breakfasts are available upon request.

The rooms, featuring exposed beams, wood or terracotta floors, and stone walls, are air-conditioned. The former barn, converted into a shared room, offers a spectacular view of the forest, stretching as far as San Luca and the city of Bologna.
