Villa "Poggio di Vento" is a two-story house surrounded by the greenery of the first Bolognese Apennines, located along the famous Via degli Dei, just 4 km from Pianoro and 15 km from Bologna (a 20-minute drive).

A car is necessary to reach the house and move easily to Bologna or other destinations. However, from nearby Pianoro, guests can take advantage of the metropolitan railway service, which connects to Bologna in just 20 minutes.
