This small artisan bakery uses carefully selected ingredients and sourdough starter for its products. It was born from the idea of ​​two brothers (Matteo and Michele) to offer a delicious and easily digestible product, made only with 100% Italian grains, primarily from the Marche and Emilia regions (Loiano and Sasso Marconi), long leavening times, and sourdough starter. For travelers, they offer pizzas and focaccias, both stuffed and plain, sandwiches that can be made to order with local products, a healthy breakfast, or a delicious loaf to take home! In the morning, you'll find a wide selection of handmade cookies and savory and sweet pastries; for snacks, lunch, and aperitifs, you'll find pizzas by the slice and deep-dish pizzas, focaccias with olive oil or stuffed (our recommended product is the focaccia with stracchino cheese!!), sandwiches filled to order, and much more.
