After more than twenty years in California, chef Umberto Ferri, known to all as "ICE Ferri," decided to bring his experience and culinary passion to the heart of the Bolognese Apennines. It's in Madonna dei Fornelli that Pub Pizzeria Klandestino was born, a small and welcoming venue dedicated to hikers of the Via degli Dei and all lovers of good food.
The restaurant offers the great flavors of Bolognese tradition—from lasagna to cannelloni, to the ever-present tortellini—alongside overseas specialties developed during the chef's American years, such as hearty salads and burgers of all kinds.
