Guglielmo's cows are Italian Friesian cows and were all born on this hillside barn, where the environment they live in and the food they enjoy make all the difference. The farm is nestled in the greenery of the Emilian Apennines, specifically in the Boschi di Trasasso area of ​​the municipality of Monzuno, not far from the Via degli Dei (Way of the Gods) trail. Here, hikers can stop to taste authentic products and local specialties, order evening meals, packed lunches, or even enjoy a special breakfast.
