Along the Via degli Dei in Monzuno, one of Italy's most popular hiking trails, you'll find a small but well-stocked CRAI supermarket brimming with local delicacies: cheeses, dairy products, cured meats, sausages, coppa di testa (cured pork shoulder), pancetta, and prosciutto, bread delivered hot every morning from two bakers, over-the-counter products, ready-made first and second courses, fruit and vegetables delivered fresh every morning, and authentic Bolognese mortadella!
