Hello! We are Sabrina and Marco, and for the past four years, we have been managing "Podere Acquafresca" in Monzuno.

What do we do? • We cultivate with love! We recover herbs and flowers typical of the Apennines, using agriculture that respects nature and its biodiversity.
• Hospitality with an ancient touch: we have restored an old farmhouse to evoke the ancient flavors of the mountain and follow the best practices of bio-building, transforming it into a cozy traditional-style B&B, with a focus on the environment.
• An oasis for everyone:
This is a complex project, inspired by the concept of "deep ecology," where living beings, including humans and their psyche, are of interest within a framework that connects them all. Special attention is given to supporting vulnerabilities, also known as "diverse abilities," as we are both educators specialized in "outdoor education."
Our goal is to create a cooperating community, rich in human, animal, and plant biodiversity, where you can feel the idea of a "return home," when humans still lived in harmony with Nature.

Our B&B
• Space and freedom: The B&B is located on the ground floor with three rooms, a kitchen just for you, and common areas where you can relax. We live on the top floor and share the entrance.
• Furry friends: We have a very sweet dog who lives with us on the top floor and two horses grazing. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we are currently unable to host other animals.
