Il Molinello is an old stone mill nestled in the countryside, built next to a stream that once powered the two millstones. It can be reached only on foot or by a dirt road and is an ideal place to relax at the end of a day's walking. To reach it you need to make a detour from the Via degli Dei (from Loc. Le Croci) of about 2 km; the next morning you can re-join the route a little further on, reaching Madonna dei Fornelli in just over an hour, along CAI trails. A ride by car can be arranged in advance. The building has been entirely renovated recently, trying to preserve its original features as much as possible, while making it cozy and functional. Guests are given independent access from the terrace, overlooking the waterfalls. Wayfarers have a bedroom (usable for one to four people), a private bathroom and a room equipped for meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Breakfasts for special diets can be prepared on request; in addition to breakfast, groceries can be arranged for dinner and lunch the next day, to be arranged in advance. Free WiFi connection.
