The Forno Fratelli Gasperini born from the idea of two brothers (Matteo and Michele) for proposing a good and digestible product, made only with 100% Italian grains, mainly from the Marches and Emilia (Loiano and Sasso Marconi), long, lighttions and sourdough: basically only carefully selected raw materials and sourdough for our products.
For wayfarers we offer stuffed and simple pizzas and focaccias, sandwiches also to be created on the spot with local products, a healthy breakfast ora nice loaf to take on the go! In the morning you will find a wide selection of handmade biscuits and savory and sweet pastries; for a snack, lunch and aperitif you can find pizza in shovel and deep pizza, focaccia with oil or stuffed (our recommended product is focaccia with stracchino cheese!!), freshly stuffed sandwiches and much more.
Throughout the day a very wide variety of breads, different every day, but always made with passion and love!
We primarily produce bread with sourdough, unrefined flours of carefully chosen and selected grains to create a good, long-lasting and digestible product.
We also have a wide selection of pizzas and focaccias, both on the "high" pizza base and on the lower and crunchier pizza in shovel base. Super tasty and simple is our focaccia with stracchino cheese and red shovel pizza with oil, oregano and tomato.
