The apartment is situated on the second floor (no elevator) within a complex comprising only one other—unused—apartment, ensuring a private and virtually independent atmosphere. Essential amenities are close by, including a pharmacy, a grocery store, and a traditional *osteria*.
The apartment features a standard double bedroom and a second attic bedroom—a fully accessible, independent space with a window. Both rooms are furnished with double beds (sleeping four people in total).
The attic bedroom does not have a door; instead, it opens onto the living area via two open archways. While this ensures privacy, it does not provide total sound or visual isolation.
The living area features a skylight that cannot be blacked out, alongside two main windows (which do have blackout coverings), making the space naturally bright during the day. Guests sleeping in the second bedroom may notice the light during the early morning hours.
