The Isola del Sasso farmhouse, opened in May 2012, is located less than a kilometer from the Sasso Marconi train station and a few hundred meters from the town center. The property is immersed in the tranquil green vineyards along the banks of the Reno River. Isola del Sasso has been producing DOC and DOCG wines from the Bolognese hills since the 1980s, and attention to seasonality and local ingredients has always been paramount in its cuisine. Menus change monthly based on availability and are naturally flexible to accommodate special guest needs. Rooms feature private bathrooms, TVs, telephones, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Breakfast always features traditional Bolognese pastries prepared on the farm, and local products are also available for purchase. Catering is available from Wednesday to Saturday evenings; packed lunches are also available. Additional services include a transfer service to the Via degli Dei (Way of the Gods).
