Hotel Ca' di Gali in Sasso Marconi is a new 4-star hotel.
Its history is the fruit of the passion and managerial skills of Bolognese entrepreneur Davide Galli, who decided to create a major hospitality business.
The project began about twenty years ago, when Davide Galli took over an existing restaurant in Codivilla/Lagune, a hilltop hamlet of Sasso Marconi. The new management, focused on excellent Tuscan-Emilian cuisine and attentive service, ensured the restaurant's immediate success.
In 2006, for logistical reasons, the business moved to another area, continuing to be a gathering place for gourmets from Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany, attracted by the informal atmosphere combined with the quality of the offerings.
In 2020, a new, even more ambitious challenge arose. After the second restaurant closed, Davide Galli purchased a property at the beginning of Via Rupe, in Ca' di Gali, a five-minute walk from the city center. This was a significant investment in the area, its resources, and its great human and environmental potential.
The Ca' di Gali Hotel and Restaurant was born, an oasis of tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines with an enviable panoramic location.
