Le Magnolie vacation home has been renovated and tastefully furnished with modern antiques, carefully crafted to create a lush garden on both sides. A back patio, furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco breakfasts, welcomes you under the shade of the tamarisk trees. The windows overlook the garden.

Le Magnolie can accommodate up to five people between the master bedroom and the west-facing living room, leaving the east-facing living room always available for meals. The double bed is a super king-size bed, and the sofa bed in the living room is a queen-size double. The fifth bed is a single and is located in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction stovetop with an electric oven. The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is shared with the owners and is available upon request. The adjacent covered garage is available for bicycle storage.

Le Magnolie is located on the first leg of the Via degli Dei, a perfect place to stay for those shortening the first long leg or for a quick stop before setting off again. It's a five-minute walk from the center of Sasso Marconi, close to shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants where you'll find everything you need for the journey. The Sasso Marconi train station is on the Bologna-Porretta line and is a five-minute walk from the house. From there, you can reach Bologna's central station in just 20 minutes. Another accessible route from Le Magnolie is the Via della Lana e della Seta (Wool and Silk Route).
